What is a general internal medicine doctor?

An internal medicine doctor focuses on adult medicine for their patients for life-from the teen years through old age.

What insurance do we take?

BCBS, CIGNA, AETNA, UHC, AVMED, PUP, CITRUS, SECURE HORIZON, MEDICARE, STAYWELL and many more.

Do we have female doctors?

Yes, we have one female pediatric doctor and one female Family medicine doctor.

Do we have providers at all times?

Yes, we have four locations and in each office there is a doctor available.

Are we open Saturdays?

Yes, our St.Cloud Urgent Care Facility is open from 9 am to 6 pm.

Is there a fee for obtaining my medical records?

If the patient wants their records , the fee is $1.00 a page up to 25 pages and .25cents a page after the 25th page. However if the patient needs the records sent to another doctor then there is no cost to the patient.

How can I obtain my records?

You would need to fill out a medical release form.

What do I need to bring to my office visit?

Insurance card, Picture id, any questions for the doctor, Prescriptions bottles, Co-pay, Medical records from previous Doctors.

Are you accepting new patients?

Yes we are.

Do you have other office locations?

Do I need an appointment?

Appointments are required but we do accept emergency walk-ins.

Do you see children?

Yes, we do. We have a Pediatric Doctor.

Do you provide well woman services?

Yes, we do. We have an ARNP who specializes in women’s health.

Do you have laboratory services?

Yes we do. Our St. Cloud facility has a full laboratory.

Do I have to pay at time of visit?

Yes. In almost all cases payment is required at the time of visit, whether it is a deductible, a co-pay or payment for any non-covered services.

Do you offer Immigration Physicals?

Yes we do.
